Commercial Operations
Procurement & Preparation: Seafood is sourced from HACCP-compliant suppliers and handled under rigorous sanitary procedures including details of each dish, dedicated utensils, temperature controlled equipments, among other regulated procedures.
On-Site Setup & Service: Chefs deploy portable stations, re-chilling or warming products as needed, and serve guests throughout their meal .
Rice & Temperature Control: Sushi rice is acidified to a pH of 4.2 or lower (to follow the HACCP guidelines) and held at ≤ 41 °F or ≥ 135 °F, with written time-and-temperature procedures approved by the health department.
Packing & Transport: All items are packed in insulated, temperature-monitored containers to maintain ≤ 41 °F throughout delivery.
Private Chef Service
Every event includes an experienced sushi chef who engages guests with live demonstrations sushi preparation, food customization and plating, ensuring both quality, entertainment, and culinary excellence.
Ready-to-Eat Ordering
Customers may pre-order individually packaged sushi boxes for home or office pickup/delivery, following identical freshness and safety standards.
Staff Certifications & Compliance
Food Handler Permits - All event staff hold a California Food Handler Card—ANSI-accredited and valid for three years—meeting state law requirements for food-service personnel.
Food Safety Manager - The on-site manager maintains a certified Food Protection Manager credential, valid for five years, as mandated by California retail-food regulations.
HACCP-Compliant - all our chefs and staff personnel follow strictly SOP regulated by HACCP guidelines to secure quality and food safety.

Geographic Radius: We serve any venue within a 100-mile radius of the Bay Area, CA.
Minimum Purchase Requirement: A food-only minimum spend of $1,500 applies to all events; beverage charges are billed separately and do not count toward this threshold.
Flexible Pricing at Scale: Per-person pricing decreases as guest count increases as OpEx rebalances. We would streamline the operating cost efficiencies and distribute the savings to our customers.
